摘要：海南省中小企業財務管理存在很多困難和問題，在建設國際旅游島之后，中小企業財務管理已難以適應經濟國際化和企業本身發展的要求。面對新的形勢，中小企業必須轉變觀念，加強對中小企業財務管理問題的研究，運用新的財務管理手段和方法，加大財務管理力度，使其適應經濟環境的變化及建設國際旅游島的要求，促進中小企業的發展。

　　　本文就海南省中小企業財務管理的現狀及其存在的問題進行分析，通過案例分析，并在此基礎上探討解決這些問題的對策。

　　　總之，海南省的中小企業要根據自身特點以及經濟環境的特點，建立屬于自己的一套財務管理制度，加強資金管理和籌資能力，規范日常營運資金和商品流通的活動，促進企業發展。

Abstract：Hainan province small and medium-sized enterprise financial management exists a lot of difficulty and problem, in the construction of the international tourism island, medium-sized and small enterprises financial management has been difficult to adapt to the economic internationalization and enterprise development requirements. Facing the new situation, small and medium-sized enterprises must change the idea, strengthen the financial management of small and medium enterprises research questions, the use of new financial management means and methods of financial management, increase strength, make it to adapt to the changing economic environment and the construction of international tourism island, promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

　　　In this paper, the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hainan province the current situation and problems of analysis, through the case analysis, and on this basis of the corresponding countermeasures for solving these problems.
