摘 要:由于常規(guī)PID控制器結構簡單、魯棒性強,在過程控制中應用廣泛。然而當因工作環(huán)境而改變的時常規(guī)PID控制不能較好的得到實現(xiàn)有效控制。鑒于模糊控制不需要建立精確的數學模型就能得到良好的控制為解決該類問題提供了一種新的方法。 本設計為水箱水位控制系統(tǒng),經過建立數學模型,根據所設計而得到的模糊控制器。然后利用MATLAB軟件來對水箱水位模糊控制系統(tǒng)進行仿真建模試驗,利用Simulink工具箱對此系統(tǒng)進行設計與仿真,得到傳統(tǒng)的PID控制與模糊控制的波形圖,對傳統(tǒng)的PID控制與模糊控制進行比較,最后采用基于三菱的PLC控制技術,編寫了水箱水位的模糊控制程序。 關鍵詞:PID控制;模糊控制;PLC ;MATLAB
ABSTRACT:As PID controller has a simple structure and good robustness and it is widely used in process control systems,but conventional PID can not be easily regulate itself according to the changes, the conventional PID control can not get satisfying controlling,result.Fuzzy control, which is based on knowledge and independent of accurate math model,brings a new way of resolving this problem. And then use MATLAB software to fuzzy on the water tank water level control system simulation modeling, design and simulation based on Simulink toolbox to this system, control and fuzzy control of the waveform of the traditional PID, the traditional PID control and fuzzy control are compared, Lastly,By the Mitsubishi PLC control system.
