摘  要:藥柜這樣的工具是用于醫學行業中的對藥物的放置，自動藥柜可以減輕人們的勞動強度、加快對藥物的取放速度、減少占地面積。同時自動藥柜在提高人們的生活水平中也有重要作用。

　　　目前藥柜的應用范圍包括醫院、藥店等。是醫療行業不可缺少的工具。人們逐漸在為提高藥柜的性能做研究，不斷地尋找突破。

　　　為適應發展要求藥柜的使用已逐漸從傳統的人員手工控制向可編程控制器PLC控制過度。可編程控制器開始在藥柜控制系統中的嶄露頭角，是因為它即具有人工操作板的一系列優點同時又可以克服人工操作的很多不足之處。更適應現代生活對藥柜控制的要求，具有的靈活性也為以后藥柜的發展提供了基礎。         

　　　本次設計中主要完成自動藥柜設計的PLC編程部分，并拿出完整的設計梯形圖、指令表、完成調試等。同時對藥柜的整體設計，如：藥柜的結構、工作原理、各個部件的功能設計要求等也做學習和介紹。通過獨立完成這次設計對PLC的編程設計有更深入的了解，在設計中學會解決問題把所學的PLC知識和現實中的藥柜結合，能根據具體要求完成PLC編程，在調試中發現錯誤并修正。完成：

2.PLC控制的梯形圖及程序分析

3.列出I/O接口分布、按鈕分布等

4. 自動藥柜運行模擬
