摘  要:隨著科學技術的日新月異，自動化程度要求越來越高，原有的生產裝料裝置遠遠不能滿足當前高度自動化的需要。減輕勞動強度，保障生產的可靠性、安全性，降低生產成本，提高產品的質量及經濟效益是企業生成所必須面臨的重大問題。

　　　本設計利用三菱FX2N對餃子機進行自動控制，使用PLC控制餃子機，具有使用方便，運行可靠，控制程序設計簡單等優點。本設計用經驗設計法編程，可以使設計思路清晰，編程簡便。主要分析了系統軟件設計部分，并給出了系統硬件接線圖，PLC控制I/O端口分配表以及整體程序流程圖等，實現了從入料到產出餃子和包裝餃子全自動生產。達到省時、省力、批量生產的目的，當遇到故障時還可實現報警和人工手動控制，適用于飯店、工廠等場所。
