摘要:自2008年3月以來，在中共中央的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，“大學(xué)生村官”計劃在全國范圍內(nèi)火熱開展。大批知識分子還鄉(xiāng)，在很大程度上提高了農(nóng)村政務(wù)的效率，促進(jìn)了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。然而，由于國家對“大學(xué)生村官培訓(xùn)工作”的認(rèn)識不到位，鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)級政府對“大學(xué)生村官”的培訓(xùn)大多流于形式，嚴(yán)重影響和制約著“大學(xué)生村官”價值的實(shí)現(xiàn)。為保持“村官”培訓(xùn)工作的生機(jī)和效率，需要我們正確意識到加強(qiáng)對“大學(xué)生村官”培訓(xùn)的重要性，建立起一套較為完善的“大學(xué)生村官”培訓(xùn)機(jī)制。

ABSTRACT:Since March,2008, the university student village official plan was developed nationwide under the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party's leadership. A large number of intellectuals returned of the native and improved the efficiency of rural government affairs greatly. Besides, it also promoted the development of rural economy. However, as for the university student village official training work was not reached the designated position. The township government on college-graduate village official training was mostly a formality. And as a result, that has interacted University Student Village officers to realized their own value. Therefore, we should realize the importance of training to strengthen college student village officers and establish a relatively perfect college-graduate village official training mechanism to keep the university student village official training work vigor and efficiency.

當(dāng)前鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)級政府對“大學(xué)生村官”的培訓(xùn)工作過于形式化已嚴(yán)重影響著“大學(xué)生村官”政策的有效實(shí)施。對此，我們必須正確認(rèn)識到加強(qiáng)對“大學(xué)生村官”培訓(xùn)的重要意義，建立一套科學(xué)完整的“大學(xué)生村官”培訓(xùn)體系，努力提高培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的針對性和時效性，創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)方式方法，改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式，對“大學(xué)生村官”進(jìn)行全面而深入的培訓(xùn)，真正使其做到扎根農(nóng)村，學(xué)以致用，為農(nóng)村事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
