摘要:介紹燒結機副原料（熔劑）破碎篩分系統技術的的改造，節省投資，利用資源，滿足生產而作的技改方案，并對技術上的可行性進行多種探討。

　　　石灰石，白云石，蛇紋石及消石灰或生石灰等的來源，年供給量，運距及運輸方式。各項熔劑的平均化學成分，粒度，含水量。燒損及堆積密度。

　　　熔劑是高爐冶煉過程中的造渣物質。按其性質可分為堿性熔劑、中性熔劑和酸性熔劑三類。由于我國鐵礦石的脈石成分絕大多數以SiO2為主，所以通常采用含有CaO和MgO的堿性熔劑。在燒結生產中加入熔劑，不僅可改善燒結過程，強化燒結，提高燒結礦質量、品質，而且可以向高爐提供自熔性和高堿度的燒結礦。熔劑與礦石中的高熔點脈石能生成熔化溫度較低的易熔體；能造成一定數量和一定物理化學性能的爐渣，達到去除有害雜質的目的（如去硫）。
