摘 要:操縱穩(wěn)定性是汽車的重要使用性能之一,它不僅影響到汽車駕駛的操縱方便程 度,而且也是決定高速汽車行駛安全的一個重要性能,被稱為“高速車輛的生命線”。 因此操縱穩(wěn)定性日益受到人們的重視。但是傳統(tǒng)的研究分析方法已無法滿足現(xiàn)代汽車 的研究要求,現(xiàn)在虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)作為一項(xiàng)新的產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù),己經(jīng)開始應(yīng)用到各個領(lǐng)域。 本文正是利用動力學(xué)仿真軟件 ADAMS 研究探討懸架系統(tǒng)對操縱穩(wěn)定性的影響。 汽車的懸架系統(tǒng)是汽車上一個重要的部分,與整車的操縱性和穩(wěn)定性有密切關(guān)系。雙橫臂獨(dú)立懸架可以通過合理選擇空間導(dǎo)向桿系的鉸接點(diǎn)的位置及導(dǎo)向臂的長 度,使得懸架具有合適的運(yùn)動特性,并且形成恰當(dāng)?shù)膫?cè)傾中心和縱傾中心,從而保證 汽車有良好的行駛穩(wěn)定性,以為中、高級轎車的前懸架所廣泛使用。 汽車懸架系統(tǒng)為一多體系統(tǒng),部件之間的運(yùn)動關(guān)系十分復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)的人工計算很 難將懸架的各種特性表述清楚。以某轎車為例,應(yīng)用多體運(yùn)動學(xué)與動力學(xué)仿真軟件 ADAMS 中的 CAR 專業(yè)模塊建立該車的前后懸架多剛體模型,對其懸架的各種性能 進(jìn)行了仿真分析,研究了懸架幾何參數(shù)對汽車操縱穩(wěn)定性的影響,在理論驗(yàn)證的基礎(chǔ) 上揭示了該懸架的運(yùn)動規(guī)律,在進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析的同時還提出了改進(jìn)的意見。 關(guān)鍵詞:雙橫臂獨(dú)立懸架,操縱穩(wěn)定性,仿真,ADAMS/Car
Abstract:The handling stability is one of the most important performances of vehicle. It can influence not only the vehicle's handling convenience, but also the safety of a vehicle at a high speed, so it is called "the lifeline of the vehicle at high speed". It is laid more and more emphasis gradually. The traditional research method can not match the modern requirement of vehicles' research and development, So Virtual Prototyping Technology has been applied in each field as a new industrial technology. This paper is mainly about the research of vehicle handling stability based on ADAMS. Suspension system is a key part for cars, and has decisive effect on car drivability stability and comfort ability. We can in reason choice the location of the connect points of space guide staffs and the length of the control arms in order to make the double wishbone independent has correctly movement characters, and conrectly roll center. When we do these, we can insure the vehicle have good drivabilityo Because of this good character, the double wishbone independent is used widely in the intermediate and lofty car. The suspension assembly of car is a multi-body system and the motion relationship among the parts is very complicated,so it brings many difficulties to compute the various characteristics with traditional computation methods.This paper establishes the simulation modeling of a suspension with ADAMS/CAR and verifies the results based on the parameters of a certain domestic car, analyses and parametrizes some performances of the suspension.The kinematics of the suspension was uncovered based on the general theory.In the mean time,the effects of suspension geometric parameters on handling and stability were studied.
