摘要:本論文通過將PP和POE以及HDPE在雙螺桿擠出機中共混擠出造粒,然后進行注塑制樣,對樣條進行性能測試,試圖制備高韌性聚丙烯材料。力學性能測試表明:在PP中加入POE、HDPE以后共混物的沖擊強度得到了提高,而拉伸強度、彎曲強度有所降低。熔體流動速率測試表明:隨著PP含量的增加,熔體流動速率上升。熱力學形變測試表明:隨著PP含量的增加,熱變形溫度升高。實驗結果表明:當在POE含量為15%和HDPE為10%時就可以顯著提高共混體系的沖擊強度,而共混物的拉伸強度和彎曲強度下降不是很明顯。 關鍵詞: PP;POE;HDPE;力學性能;熱變形溫度
Abstract:This paper by the PP and POE and HDPE twin-screw extruder CPC mixed extrusion granulation, and then injection molding system, the performance test for the spline, and trying to preparation of high-tenacity polypropylene. The mechanical properties tests show that: in the PP and POE, the impact strength of blends of HDPE later been improved, while the tensile strength, flexural strength decreased. The melt flow rate test: With the increase of PP content, the melt flow rate increased. Thermodynamic deformation test: With the increase of PP content, the thermal deformation temperature. The experimental results show that: when the POE content of 15% and HDPE 10% can significantly improve the impact strength of the blends, while the tensile strength and flexural strength of the blends drop is not very obvious.
