摘要：當今世界的主題是和平與發展，在這樣的背景下，我國經濟一直保持高速的、持續的增長。然而隨著我國經濟的快速發展，環境問題也日益嚴重，怎樣才能保持經濟發展和環境的同步協調發展，怎么樣從根本上緩解與日俱增的環境資源濫用的問題，實現我國國民經濟不再是片面的快速增長，而是轉變為又好又快的可持續增長。發展循環經濟成為當今世界各國經濟發展的主要經濟模式。因此，循環經濟是我國實現可持續發展經濟的必然選擇。通過對我國循環經濟的發展現狀的系統的了解和梳理，在了解我國循環發展現狀的基礎上，發現我國循環經濟發展中存在的問題，并對問題具體分析后，提出科學的適合我國循環經濟發展發展建議及對策，主要是一下幾個方面提出建議：法律、政策的進一步落實方面，提高公眾的循環經濟認識，奠定堅實的群眾思想方面，在加大資金投入，發展科技方面等具體措施，從而促進我國循環經濟的全面發展。
