摘要:高新技術型中小企業既是加快科技成果轉化，實現技術創新的有效載體，也是新興產業形成的重要源泉。近年來的發展表明，高新技術型中小企業無論是在數量上還是質量上，都已成為國民經濟的重要組成部分，是國民經濟快速增長的重要源泉和動力。在高新技術型中小企業對經濟增長作出巨大貢獻的同時，我們也發現高新技術型中小企業發展也遇到了很多問題，其中融資難已成為制約高新技術型中小企業發展的一個主要瓶頸。本文從研究我國高新技術型中小企業的自身特點出發，分析我國高新技術型中小企業的融資現狀，總結其在融資過程中存在的內外部問題，為解決當前我國高新技術型中小企業的融資難題找到切實可行的融資策略。

Abstract:The high-tech SMEs both speed up scientific and technological achievements, and an effective carrier of technological innovation, but also an important source of new industries. Developments in recent years, high-tech SMEs in both the quantity and quality have become an important part of the national economy is an important source of rapid economic growth and power. Made a significant contribution to economic growth in the high-tech SMEs, we also found that the development of high-tech SMEs also encountered many problems, in which difficulties in financing has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of high-tech SMEs.
