摘要:本實驗建立一種可以快速檢測牛奶中單增李斯特菌總數(shù)的電導(dǎo)率法,并將其與傳統(tǒng)的國標法進行比較,驗證其可行性。實驗先建立了利用電導(dǎo)率法測定牛奶中的單增李斯特菌總數(shù)的標準曲線,然后通過平行實驗驗證電導(dǎo)率法快速測試牛奶中單增李斯特菌總數(shù)的重現(xiàn)性,再通過對比實驗比較了電導(dǎo)率法與國標法測定結(jié)果的符合率。經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計學(xué)t檢驗,結(jié)果P>0.05,表明兩種方法無顯著性差異。說明電導(dǎo)率法作為一種快速檢驗牛奶中單增李斯特菌的總數(shù)的方法是可以行的。 關(guān)鍵詞 電導(dǎo)率法;牛奶;單增李斯特菌;快速檢測
Abstract:This experiment established a single can quickly detect the milk increases the total number of listeria conductivity method, and compared with the traditional national standard method, and verify its feasibility.Experiment first established using the method of electric conductivity determination of the standard curve of the single increases the total number of listeria in milk, then through parallel experiments conductivity method to quickly test the reproducibility single increases the total number of listeria in milk, then through the contrast experiment compared the conductivity method and national standard method, the accuracy of determination results.Results through statistical t test, P > 0.05, shows that two methods have no significant difference.That electrical conductivity method as a kind of rapid testing method of single increase of listeria monocytogenes in milk can be done.
