摘要:利用表面分子印跡技術和溶膠-凝膠法制備鉛離子印跡聚合物,以硝酸鉛為模板分子,殼聚糖為功能單體,硅膠為載體,γ-(2,3環氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)為交聯劑,通過單因素和正交實驗對制備工藝中模板分子與交聯劑的比例,殼聚糖的用量,交聯反應時間,凝膠干燥溫度等因素進行探討。確定鉛離子印跡聚合物的最佳工藝:模板分子與交聯劑的摩爾比為1:18,殼聚糖的用量為1.8 g,交聯反應時間為5 h,凝膠聚合物干燥的溫度為50 ℃,硅膠在聚合物中用量為1.5 g,采用3 mol/L的鹽酸在超聲條件下進行洗脫。在此條件下,制備出的最優化聚合物,其最大飽和吸附量達到22.7 mg/g。 關鍵詞 印跡聚合物;分子印跡技術;溶膠-凝膠法;凝膠干燥溫度;超聲
