摘 要:供應(yīng)鏈管理采用的是對很多(諸如物流、生產(chǎn)、評價、控制)單一業(yè)務(wù)行為的橫向行為集成。但是以往傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營理念過多地強(qiáng)調(diào)短期效益,企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理應(yīng)該尋求持久穩(wěn)定的高收益。在整合的前提下,供應(yīng)鏈上下游的全體成員共同打造高效供應(yīng)鏈。本文從績效和平衡概念入手,提出國內(nèi)現(xiàn)階段供應(yīng)鏈管理存在的弊端。利用SCOR模型描述了供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作的流程,為績效評價提供了解決方法。接著,總結(jié)出影響企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈績效平衡的主要因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈物流供需平衡提出解決思路,通過經(jīng)濟(jì)訂貨批量法和基于時間序列平滑模型的需求預(yù)測,加以平衡計分卡的案例分析,試圖確立企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的平衡機(jī)制。本文旨在通過供應(yīng)鏈績效的平衡分析來創(chuàng)造和實(shí)現(xiàn)價值、提高企業(yè)競爭能力,為提升供應(yīng)鏈整體績效打下鋪墊。 關(guān)鍵詞:供應(yīng)鏈 績效 平衡
Abstract: Supply chain management is integrated lateral behavior of many single business behavior ( Such as logistics , production , evaluation, control).Traditional business philosophy in the past put too much emphasis on short-term benefits, supply chain management of enterprise should seek a lasting and stable high yield. Under the premise of integration, all members of the upstream and downstream in the supply chain work together to build efficient supply chain. This article starts from the concept of performance and balance, proposing the drawbacks of the existing supply chain management in the country at this stage. Using the SCOR model to describe the process of supply chain operations,providing a solution for the performance evaluation. Then, inducing main factors affecting the balance of supply chain performance. On this basis, concluding the solutions of supply-demand balance. With the EOQ, the demand forecasting based on time series smoothing model and the case analysis to the Balanced Scorecard, my paper tries to establish the mechanism of the balance of supply chain management. This paper aims to use supply chain performance balance analysis to create and realize the value, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, in order to enhance the overall performance of the supply chain.
