摘要 目前我們的高考體育特長生對考前立定跳遠的訓練方法使用還比較單一,考前沖刺的提高效果并不理想,這一問題受到許多學生的關注與重視。隨著體育運動的不斷發(fā)展,在短期內采用沙地跳躍訓練來提高立定跳遠成績這一方法應給以充分的關注。本論文將通過文獻資料法、實驗法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法針對短期沙地跳躍訓練對立定跳遠成績的影響做實驗研究,對兩所中學的13名高考體育特長生進行短期訓練,設置實驗組與對照組。結果表明兩種訓練方法對立定跳遠成績的提高都有影響,但沙地訓練比硬地訓練的提高效果更顯著。因為沙地阻力與硬地相比增大了許多,延長了蹬伸時間,經過沙地跳躍訓練后再回到硬地起跳就會保持在沙地起跳中的動作結構,這樣就容易在短期內提高運動員的立定跳遠成績。 關鍵詞:立定跳遠;沙地訓練;硬地訓練
ABSTRACT at present our country sports teacher of sports speciality students jumping ability training is relatively single.exam sprint enhancement effect is not ideal ,this problem is many students attention. Along with the sprots development, in the short term by sandy training to improve jumping ability of this methob should pay attention. This paperthrough the methods of literature ,experiment and mathematical statistics methob for short-term sand jumping on the jumping ability of experimental study, respectively on two secondary school 13college entrance examination of sports students for sports student for short-term training . setting the experimental geoup and the control group , the results from testing of view although the two training methods on spring force rise to have effect , but in training than hard training in the short term can improve jumping `ability .Because the sand resistance and hard to larger than many other training methods, with the relative ratio, sand jumping athletes after training, back hard take-off is maintained in the sandy take-off in the action structure, so it is easy to improve the springing ability.
