摘要:在新世紀,建筑給排水將擔負新的歷史重任,面臨新的挑戰。建筑給排水將更突出以人為本的原則,并將重點調整到民用建筑與工業建筑并重,公共建筑與居住建筑并重,冷水供應與熱水供應并重,走上全面、均衡、務實、安全的發展之路。建筑給水排水屬于應用工程,是整個建筑設計中一個相當重要的環節,也是建筑設計中必不可少的。 本文主要為高層辦公樓給水排水設施和消防系統的設計。其中,給水系統為分區供水,高區采用水箱供水,為上行下給式,中區采用水泵直接加壓供水,低區由市政管網直接供水;建筑內部生活污水采用分流制排出;室內消防設計按一類高層建筑設計,自噴采用面積作用法計算,按中危險級設計。 關鍵詞 高層建筑;給水;消防;排水;熱水

In this water supply system supplies water to high region and low part ,the high level tank supply system of high region ,submit to higher author it all the high region , municipal water distribution system direct supply low part ;live drainage discharge adopt separate system in a building ,according to the high-riseⅠ type designing the interior fire prevention system; automatic water sprinkler system calculate of area, adopt medium perilous Ⅱ.
