摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)是揚(yáng)州市稅務(wù)局綜合樓建筑給排水工程設(shè)計(jì),該住宅為十二層，主要包括室內(nèi)生活給水系統(tǒng)、室內(nèi)消防給水系統(tǒng)、室內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)、室內(nèi)熱水給水系統(tǒng)四個(gè)部分。

　　　生活給水系統(tǒng)：采用分區(qū)給水，共計(jì)兩個(gè)區(qū)。一層至二層為低區(qū)，由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水。三到七層為加壓低區(qū)，八到十二層為加壓高區(qū)。

　　　消防系統(tǒng)：采用消火栓給水系統(tǒng)，室內(nèi)消火栓給水系統(tǒng)采用臨時(shí)高壓給水，由消防水池、加壓泵、供水管、閥門(mén)、室內(nèi)消火栓等組成。火災(zāi)初期10min的用水量由屋頂消防水箱供給，正常供水由消防水泵從貯水池內(nèi)抽取。

　　　排水系統(tǒng)：采用污、廢水合流制，排水系統(tǒng)僅設(shè)伸頂通氣管，污水經(jīng)化糞池處理后排入市政污水管網(wǎng)。

　　　熱水系統(tǒng)：采用封閉式機(jī)械循環(huán)熱水系統(tǒng)，分區(qū)情況與冷水系統(tǒng)一致，熱水系統(tǒng)采用容積式水加熱器供應(yīng)。

　　　給水系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)均采用PP—R給水管材，排水系統(tǒng)采用塑料排水管，消火栓給水系統(tǒng)采用熱鍍鋅鋼管。

　　　設(shè)計(jì)中涉及到的管道布置、計(jì)算與安裝及設(shè)備選型，均應(yīng)遵循相關(guān)規(guī)范的要求，力求經(jīng)濟(jì)合理，簡(jiǎn)潔高效。

　　　Drainage system: sewage, wastewater Combined, the drainage system is only set Stack venting, sewage treated by septic tanks are discharged into municipal sewage pipe network.

　　　Fire System: Fire Hydrant System, Fire Hydrant System for indoor use of temporary high-pressure water from the fire water, pressure pumps, water pipes, valves, fire hydrant etc.. Fire, water from the roof of the initial 10min of the supply of fire water tank, fire pump normal water supply from the extract from the water tanks. 

　　　Hot water system: hot water system with closed loop mechanical, zoning conditions consistent with the cold water system, hot water system uses volumetric water heaters supply.

　　　Water supply system and hot water systems are used PP-R water supply pipes, drainage pipes with UPVC, Fire Hydrant system uses hot dip galvanized steel pipe.

　　　The pipeline involved in the design layout, equipment selection and calculation and installation, are the corresponding design principle, seek economical, simple and efficient.
