摘要：法治觀念這樣的名詞在中國出現的時間比較晚，原因是中國特定的歷史因素和基本國情讓人們在以往的生活中并不是很關注法治的發展。在當代中國社會中，越來越多的人認識到法治關乎到每個人的生活以及社會的發展。人們認識到當代中國社會中，法治觀念存在著很多的問題。這些問題由多種原因造成，有傳統文化、歷史因素、基本國情等。社會上的個人、組織以及相關的國家機構正努力的解決這些問題，完善法治觀念在當代中國社會的發展。

Abstract:The concept of the rule of law in China nouns that comes late, because of historical factors Chinese specific and the basic situation of people in the past life is not very concerned about the development of the rule of law. In the contemporary China society, more and more people are aware of the rule of law related to the development of each individual life and society. People realize that the contemporary China society, the concepts of the rule of law are a lot of problems. These problems caused by various reasons, traditional culture, historical factors, the basic situation. To solve these problems is to individual, organization of society and the relevant national institutions, development and improvement of the concept of rule of law in contemporary China society.
