摘要：就業不僅是大學生極為關心的問題，也是家長、高校和社會共同關注的問題。只有積極地促進女大學生的就業，才能更好地促進兩性平等。只有平等和諧的兩性關系，才能夠最大限度地煥發人的勞動熱情和工作干勁，才能充分激發人的創造欲望和開拓精神。由于歷史、現實及女大學生自身等方面的原因，使她們在就業的過程中往往處于劣勢。本文通過對大量資料和數據的研究，闡述了女大學生就業的現狀，然后分析了它的成因并提出了一些解決的對策，比如社會樹立男女平等的就業觀念，國家提供政策、法律扶持和制度保障，高校應當加強針對女大學生的就業教育，女大學生樹立正確擇業觀念。

Abstract:Employment is not the problem all undergraduates, but also parent, university, and even the society pay attention to.Only if accelerated the female university students working can get the equality of male and female. So that the human can wake up labor enthusiasm and working passion to explode desire to create and pioneering spirit. Owning to history, reality and female student’s self aspects, the female university students usually in the inferior position. This passage analyzed the cause and brought forward some countermeasures, via several material and data research. It expounded the actuality also.
