摘要：我國正處在一個公共危機多發的時期，政府能否有效化解公共危機是檢驗政府執政能力的重要指標，也是政府獲得國民信任與支持的關鍵因素之一。本文試圖通過分析我國政府危機管理現狀，明確加強政府危機管理的必要性，針對危機發生的不同階段，提出一些提高政府危機管理能力的對策。

Abstract:Our country is in a period of public crisis. The government solving the public crisis effectively is the important index for testing the governing capacity and is one of the keys to achieve the public trust and support. On the basis of the analyses of current situation of China's government public crisis management, this thesis manifests the necessity of government public crisis management. In view of the different stages of crisis, I put forward several approaches to improve government public crisis management.
