摘要：當今時代，網絡帶來了一個全新的文化環境，廣大青少年是我國社會主義的接班人，是社會的未來和希望，而青少年的素質決定著國家和民族前途和命運。網絡的出現為廣大青少年帶來便利的同時也隨之引發了一系列問題，網絡文化對青少年的思維方式等多方面產生了巨大的影響，青少年的思想政治教育工作受到巨大的挑戰的同時也迎來了新的機遇。思想政治教育應該與時俱進，緊跟時代的步伐針對青少年的特點和思想現狀進行工作，形成學校、家庭、社會和青少年自身的有機統一體，實現制度規范和自我教育的有機結合，在實踐中不斷探索進而解決問題。

Abstract:Nowadays, the network has brought a new cultural environment, the majority of teenagers who are the successors of socialism in China, are the hope and future of society, and the quality of them determines the country and the nation's future and destiny. The appearance of network not only brings convenience to the majority of teenagers but also subsequently causes a series of problems, for network culture produces a huge impact on their mode of thinking, etc.,the ideological and political education of teenagers have great challenges and meet in the new chances at the same time. Ideological and political education should be advancing with the times, keep up with the pace of the times according to the characteristics and the present situation of the youth ideological work, formation of school, family, social, and  the organic unity of adolescent self, to realize the organic combination of institutional norms and self education, continuously explore and solve the problem in practice.
