基礎教育異化的原因及轉變路徑探析
摘要:教育本身的目的是為了培養出德智體美等各方面全面、和諧發展的人。然而,在我國當前的基礎教育中,卻存在著種種違背教育本身目的的異化現象,表現為基礎教育的功利性、片面性和不平等性。造成基礎教育異化的原因有:教育管理行政化、市場經濟作用、社會價值觀扭曲和科舉文化根深蒂固。要轉變基礎教育異化,我們可以從教育管理去行政化、改革不合理的教育評價機制、堅持社會主義核心價值觀和提高教師綜合素質這幾個方面著手。 關鍵詞:基礎教育;異化;教育
The study on the reasons and transition paths of basic education alienation
Abstract:Education itself is intended to cultivate virtue, wisdom, and other aspects of a comprehensive, harmonious development of man. However, in our current basic education, there is alienation contrary to the purpose of education itself manifested as utilitarian, one-sidedness, inequality of basic education. Causes of alienation of basic education are:education administrative management, the role of the market economy, social values and deeply rooted distorted imperial culture. To change the alienation of basic education, we can go from the administration of educational management, reform the irrational educational evaluation mechanism, adhere to the socialist core value and improve the overall quality of teachers in these aspects.
