淺論當代大學生價值觀的特點與培育對策

摘要：隨著經濟全球化進程的加快，我國的社會、經濟、政治、文化都產生了一系列的變化。在市場經濟、中西文化沖突交融等背景下，當代大學生的價值觀、價值取向突顯著多元性、不穩定性、主體性和矛盾性。從這當中我們既看到當代大學生的價值觀、價值取向與主流價值觀即社會主義核心價值觀要求的相容性，又看到其與主流價值觀即社會主義核心價值觀要求的疏離。當代大學生的價值觀處于非成熟期，應當注重引導和培育。引導和培育當代大學生的價值觀，應當注重聯系社會實際、大學生思想實際出發，采取多種有效對策。

The Theory of College Students' Value Orientation

Abstract: With the accelerating development of economic globalization, a series of change in society economy, politics and culture have occured. Under the situation of market economy and the conflict between Chinese and western culture, the values and ideas of contemporary college, students embody diversity, instability, subjectivity and contradicition. Among this we can see that the compatibility between the values of contemporary college students and mainstream values, which refers to Socialist core value. We can also see the isolation between the two. The values of contempory college student is still under the period of pre-mature. We are supposed to pay much attention to quide and cultivate students by proceeding from the reality of society and students. Meanwhile, a wide varieties of methods should be taken.
