按勞分配與按生產要素分配共同促進社會和諧

摘要：在我國，按勞分配與按生產要素分配相結合的分配制度適應了社會主義初級階段和社會主義市場經濟體制的要求，是符合我國經濟發展的收入分配制度。我們必須在社會主義市場經濟建設中，正確的認識和處理兩者之間的內在關系。兩種分配制度之間既有差別也存在共同之處，我們要從其內涵、本質、理論等方面詳細的分析。在市場經濟發展的實踐中，使兩種分配的差異逐步縮小，達到相互參透和兼容。從而完善社會主義市場經濟的收入分配制度，最大限度的發揮勞動者的能力和創造力，提高人民收入，構建社會主義和諧社會，實現共同富裕。

Distribution according to work and distribution according to production factors to promote social harmony

Abstract: In China, the distribution system according to work and distribution according to production factors and distribution system to meet the requirements of the primary stage of socialism and the socialist market economic system, is in line with the economic development of our country's income distribution system. We must be in the socialist market economy, the correct understanding and handling of the relationship between the two. There are some differences in the two kinds of distribution systems. We must analyze the content, essence and theory. In practice, the development of the market economy, the difference between the two kinds of distribution gradually disappear, achieve mutual penetrate and compatible. So as to improve the income distribution system of the socialist market economy, maximize the ability and creativity of the workers, improve people's income, build a socialist harmonious society, realize common prosperity.
