摘要:餐飲空間一直是公共空間的重要組成部分，而中式餐廳又是具有我國民族文化特征的產(chǎn)物。新中式風(fēng)格餐廳的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的成功，對實(shí)現(xiàn)中式餐飲的國際化和中式餐飲文化的發(fā)展有直接的推動作用。新中式風(fēng)格餐廳的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)在未來還有很大的發(fā)展空間。新中式風(fēng)格餐廳的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)，相對于傳統(tǒng)的中式餐廳，從空間文化、裝飾語意、空間設(shè)計(jì)等各方面都產(chǎn)生了新的內(nèi)容。新中式風(fēng)格餐廳的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)在滿足自身發(fā)展的同時，也在引領(lǐng)著同行餐飲環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展。本論文在此背景下，結(jié)合自己的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐，以現(xiàn)代中式為重點(diǎn)，來展開對餐廳室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的研究。論文中首先論述了新中式風(fēng)格餐廳室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)，其次是研究了營造新中式風(fēng)格餐廳氛圍的途徑，最后從傳統(tǒng)元素、材料、紋樣符號、民族色彩、風(fēng)格神韻等方面探索了餐廳室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)中現(xiàn)代與傳統(tǒng)的交融。

Abstract:The dining space has been an important part of public space, and the Chinese restaurant and is the product of cultural characteristics of China's national. Modern Chinese restaurant interior design success, has a direct role in promoting the development of internationalization of Chinese food and Chinese food culture. Modern Chinese restaurant interior design in the future still has very large development space. The interior design of modern Chinese restaurant, Chinese restaurant, relative to traditional culture, from the aspects of space, space design, decoration meaning have new content. Modern Chinese restaurant interior design to meet their own development at the same time, also in a leading peer dining environment design development. On the background of the thesis, combining graduation design practice, the modern Chinese style as the focus, to launch the research to the restaurant interior design. The paper first discusses the characteristics of interior design of modern Chinese restaurant, followed by the research on the construction way of the modern Chinese restaurant atmosphere, finally from the traditional elements, materials, patterns, color, symbol of national style explored the blend of modern and traditional restaurants in interior design.
