摘要:人類對于美好生活環(huán)境的追求,是景觀(規(guī)劃設(shè)計)學(xué)學(xué)科專業(yè)存在的唯一理由。隨著城市建設(shè)的迅猛發(fā)展,園林化的現(xiàn)代居住小區(qū)大膽吸收西方式庭院已是不爭的事實,風(fēng)格極盡多元化。園林景觀的奢華、堆砌也不禁令人嘆服,然而卻在全球化的背景下漸漸被趨同,逐漸失去了本土的特色。現(xiàn)代住宅區(qū)景觀設(shè)計更加著重從精神文化方面去考慮。中國園林承載著中國人的文化,建設(shè)現(xiàn)代住宅區(qū)本土化景觀環(huán)境,營造出適合中國人居住的傳統(tǒng)居住環(huán)境,又可符合現(xiàn)代人的生活習(xí)慣,實現(xiàn)舒適的居住生活是新時期下應(yīng)該堅持的正確價值取向。 本文在收集分析大量文獻(xiàn)和實地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)的中國園林和深圳第五園二者的景觀特征展開分析研究,從中歸納出現(xiàn)代居住區(qū)本土化景觀設(shè)計中對傳統(tǒng)造園手法的繼承和發(fā)展,并探討在新時代的設(shè)計語境下如何建設(shè)具有本土特色的適宜人居環(huán)境景觀的設(shè)計途徑。 最后,經(jīng)過大量案例分析,筆者認(rèn)為在新時期下應(yīng)該堅持立足本土,合理借鑒的原則,塑造有本土文化特色的現(xiàn)代居住區(qū),從而使其保持長久的生命力。 關(guān)鍵詞:中國園林,居住區(qū)景觀,本土特色,文化內(nèi)涵,傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代
Abstract:Commercial display design of a modern society and have very complex features of the industry professional. Business environment of modern society more diverse, consumers demand more and more attention to personalization, Then the "people" is essential, we should pay more attention to the design is physically and mentally comfortable environment, with the United States, and functional design language to create modern commercial exhibition space. The core is the "people" as the center, designed to create, to be able to fully adapt、Meet as a "human" needs. So "people-oriented" is the commercial heart of exhibition design. In this thesis, mainly on the "design people" were discussed, by showing the human commercial design summarized and analyzed, commercial display design to illustrate the human factors are included, further elaborated in order to demonstrate people-oriented design of commercial importance. 只有認(rèn)識到園林文化的深刻內(nèi)涵,認(rèn)識到景觀園林文化對于我國城市住宅區(qū)的居民和城市形象的重要性,才能真正地傳承和發(fā)展中國的園林文化;只有具有文化內(nèi)涵的景觀設(shè)計才擁有真正的生命力;只有文化上的歸屬感才能真正給人以精神上的慰籍。好的居住景觀可以給人以身心愉悅的感覺、達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)情緒,陶冶情操的目的,誘導(dǎo)和影響居民產(chǎn)生積極向上的行為,因此,當(dāng)下運用景觀設(shè)計原理營造一種能夠滿足休息、放松、極具觀賞功能的個性空間,同時融合本土的文化理念,通過對各種元素進(jìn)行分析與研究,營造出既能體現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代風(fēng)格的居住環(huán)境,又能實現(xiàn)天人合一的精神追求目標(biāo),把實用功能與精神需求精選完美結(jié)合,創(chuàng)造出極具品位與價值的居住景觀,是居民迫切需要的。
