【摘要】 目的:探討高中生人際關系與主觀幸福感的關系。 方法:采用鄭日昌等人編制的人際關系綜合診治量表和總體幸福感量表(General Well一Being Schedule,GWB)對640名高中生進行施測(有效問卷619份),對測量結果進行統計分析。 研究結論:(1)高中生人際關系在家庭收入、家庭住址、成績上存在顯著差異;在性別、獨生子女與非獨生子女、年級、家庭結構、學校上不存在顯著差異;(2)高中生主觀幸福感在是否為獨生子女、學校性質上存在顯著差異;在性別、家庭結構、年級、家庭收入、家庭住址、成績上均不存在顯著差異;(3)高中生人際關系與主觀幸福感呈正相關,人際關系對主觀幸福感具有預測作用。 【關鍵字】 高中生;人際關系;主觀幸福
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the relationship between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being in senior high school students. Methods: To 640 senior high school students as subjects, using questionair to surver and analyze the status of interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being as well as the connection between them. It showed that: (1)There were significantly difference between the student from families have different income ;have significantly difference between the student from city or rural;there were also significant difference between the outstanding student and general student . While there was no significant difference between girl student and boy student, among those who were only child or not in their family and the student from different grades and student from different family structures and between the outstanding schools’ student and general schools’ student in interpersonal relationship. (2)There were significantly difference among those who were only child or not in their family and between the outstanding schools’ student and general schools’ student. While there was no significant difference between the student between girl student and boy student, and student from different family structures ,students from different grades ,students from families have different income ,have no significantly difference between the student from city or rural. There were also have no significant difference between the outstanding student and general student in subjective well-being .(3)Interpersonal relationship was significantly negatively correlated with Subjective Well-being. 心理學對人際關系的研究是從人際關系的個性特點出發,注重研究人際關系的情緒基礎。良好的人際關系有利于兒童青少年主觀幸福感的獲得、社會技能的發展、自我概念和人格的健康發展等。而人際關系不良則可能導致各種問題,甚至可能對成年后的社會適應帶來消極影響。 本次研究的選題主要是來自于對日常生活的觀察。現在學生的人際關系這一問題也越來越受到人們的重視。首先,就本人自己成長過程中的體會及現在的觀察來看,那些人際關系比較好,與他人關系融洽的同學在似乎要比這些關系相對較差的同學心態更好些,對自己的學習、生活各個方面的評價也相對積極些。無論是家長還是學校,更關注的主要是高年級的學生。本人希望通過本次課題的調查,能了解所取樣范圍內高中生人際關系與主觀幸福感的現狀及其在年級、性別等的差異。此外,看兩者是否存在著正相關。本人希望通過本次的研究與分析(至少在自己的研究范圍之內)得到的一些結果能夠在一定程度上幫助和影響到一些學生,讓他們至少在這些因素上能得到一點幫助。 |
