摘要: 首先以聚乙二醇為主要原料與對甲苯磺酰氯反應制備對甲苯磺酸酯,但是得到的產物產率比較低。后來改用以苯甲醇、對甲基苯磺酰氯為起始原料,二氯甲烷為溶劑,4-二甲氨基吡啶、三乙胺為催化劑,合成了對甲基苯磺酸芐酯,通過正交試驗討論了苯甲醇、對甲苯磺酰氯和三乙胺的用量、反應溫度,反應時間等因素對反應收率的影響,在優化的條件下,平行試驗結果。 關鍵詞: 聚乙二醇;對甲基苯磺酰氯;對甲基苯磺酸芐酯;正交試驗;合成
Abstract Start with polyethylene glycol as the main raw material reacted with tosyl chloride preparation toluenesulfonic acid benzyl ester,however, low yield of product obtained,later,with benzyl alcohol, p-toluenesulfonyl chloride and triethylamine as the starting material,Synthesis of methyl p-benzyl ester,By orthogonal discussed benzyl alcohol, the impact of tosyl chloride and triethylamine, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield of esterification,Under optimized conditions,Parallel test results confirmed by IR and NMR analysis of its structure.
