摘要 目的:研究Cu2+離子摻雜的新型介孔材料T12Cu-MP對四環(huán)素的吸附行為。方法:考察吸附時間、吸附溫度、溶液pH值、初始濃度、離子強度對四環(huán)素在T12Cu-MP上吸附量的影響。結(jié)果:T12Cu-MP對四環(huán)素的吸附約需12h 達(dá)到吸附平衡,吸附量達(dá)97.36(mg/g);四環(huán)素在T12Cu-MP上的吸附量隨溫度的升高而降低,并且降低的趨勢很顯著;T12Cu-MP對四環(huán)素的吸附受pH影響,pH7條件下吸附量最大;T12Cu-MP對四環(huán)素的吸附量隨著初始濃度的增加而增加;T12Cu-MP對四環(huán)素的吸附量隨著離子強度的增加而下降。結(jié)論:新型介孔材料T12Cu-MP對四環(huán)素有較好地吸附效果,可用于吸附脫除水體中四環(huán)素。 關(guān)鍵詞:介孔材料 抗生素 吸附 四環(huán)素
Abstract:Objective:To study on a new mesoporous materials of T12Cu-MP left on the water adsorption behavior of tetracycline.Methods: To observe the effect of adsorption time, adsorption temperature, pH value of the solution, the initial concentration, the ionic strength on the adsorption amount of tetracycline by T12Cu-MP. Results:T12Cu-MP on tetracycline adsorption needs 12h to reach adsorption equilibrium,adsorption capacity of 97.36 (mg/g);Adsorption effect on the T12Cu-MP of tetracycline and decreases with the increase of temperature, and the decreasing trend is very obvious;The adsorption amount of T12Cu-MP for tetracycline is influenced by pH,and it adsorbs the largest amount under pH7;Adsorption amount of T12Cu-MP for tetracycline increases with increasing initial concentration;The adsorption amount of T12Cu-MP for tetracycline decreased with increasing ionic strength.Conclusion:The new mesoporous materials of T12Cu-MP left on the water has better adsorption effect of tetracycline,and T12Cu-MP can be used to remove water adsorbed tetracycline.
