      摘要:近年來,微博作為一種新興的網絡傳播媒介與平臺,憑借其獨特的優勢,發展迅速。在教育改革的推進下以及信息時代的背景下,微博對幼兒教師專業發展有重要的價值及意義。筆者基于對微博特點的探討分析,在本文中論述了微博為幼兒教師提供資源平臺,方便教師之間信息的交流與共享,豐富教師專業知識,促進幼兒教師反思能力、探究能力的提升,提高幼兒教師的工作激情以及運用現代教育技術水平等作用與優勢,指出微博跨越時空界限,為幼兒教師專業發展搭建一個嶄新的平臺,是幼兒教師專業發展的新路徑。

      ABSTRACT:As a new kind of burgeoning network communication media and platform, microblogging develops with a rapid speed depends on its uniperiority in the past few years. With the advancement of education reform, the context of information era, microblog produces significance and value for the professional development of preschool teachers. Based on the analysis and discussion about the features of microblog, this paper attempts to relate and analyze microblog’s unique superiority and function. They are: to offer a platform of resource share for preschool teachers; to provide a convenience of information exchange and share among teachers; to enrich teachers’ specialized knowledge; to encourage the reflective ability of preschool teacher and the promotion of innovation ability; to increase the work enthusiasm and application skills of modern educational technology. Among them, this paper also points out weibo marches across the time and space bounds and constructs a brand new bridge and route for preschool teachers’ specialized development.
