[摘要] 導(dǎo)入是幼兒園教學(xué)過程中重要的一環(huán)，它好比一把鑰匙，開啟幼兒的心扉，營造愉悅的教學(xué)氛圍，誘發(fā)幼兒的求知欲和學(xué)習(xí)興趣，從而達(dá)到“課未始，興已濃”的憤悱狀態(tài)。本研究中研究者運(yùn)用觀察法，文獻(xiàn)分析法等研究方法對吳江市陽光幼兒園的大一班的教學(xué)活動中的導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行歷時7周的觀察，并在實(shí)習(xí)和見習(xí)的過程中與老師們的交談中發(fā)現(xiàn)，很多幼兒園的教學(xué)導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié)都出現(xiàn)以下三個普遍的問題：①導(dǎo)入的“有名無實(shí)”②導(dǎo)入模式的單一③導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié)的缺失。在對問題成因歸納的基礎(chǔ)上，研究者提出了相應(yīng)的教育建議：①要鉆研教學(xué)內(nèi)容②要了解幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)③要結(jié)合自身特長。
