[摘要] 幼兒園保育員是幼兒園保教結(jié)合的主要實(shí)施者之一,保育員的現(xiàn)狀也影響著整體的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。本文通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法,對(duì)常熟市某一幼兒園的保育員現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析當(dāng)前幼兒園保育員存在的問(wèn)題:缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)技能、對(duì)工作不重視、保教科研能力差、參與教學(xué)工作積極性低、保教能力素質(zhì)不高;以及形成這些問(wèn)題的原因,并提出了提高保育員現(xiàn)狀的對(duì)策:提高保育員的上崗要求,加強(qiáng)職前職后培訓(xùn);提高幼兒園、教師、家長(zhǎng)對(duì)保育員工作的認(rèn)識(shí)度;開(kāi)展保育研究工作,促進(jìn)保教科研;建立科學(xué)的評(píng)估體系,設(shè)置合理的獎(jiǎng)懲制度,優(yōu)化保育管理。 [關(guān)鍵 詞] 保育員現(xiàn)狀 ;問(wèn)題; 對(duì)策
[Abstract] :Nursery nurse kindergarten and teaching combined with one of the main perpetrators of the status of the nurse affect the overall quality of teaching.
