摘要:根據調查了解,隨著科學技術的進步,社會的發展,辦公自動化程度的提高,人們對辦公設備的要求也越來越高,同時大量的文件需要蓋章卻讓人們頭痛,如何從繁瑣的工作中解放勞動力,應用機器來代替人類勞動成為行之有效的方法。自動蓋章機的研究具有了非常重要的作用和地位,特別是一些證件發放部門如行政機關,企業工廠,大專院校等常常需要完成大量文件和資料的蓋章工作。而且目前均為手動蓋章,不但操作強度大,效率低。雖然國內市面上出現自動蓋鋼印的機子,比如美國HEDMAN海德曼DI-100自動單頁蓋章機,但是很多時候我們不需要鋼印,而是需要蘸印泥的章,國外有類似的設備,但是仍存在不足,如:只能應付小批量的文件,或者設備太大太昂貴,有些企業單位覺得性價比不劃算,因此放棄使用,改用人工蓋章,這樣浪費很多時間和精力。針對上述情況,擬設計一種機電一體化的自動蓋章機,實現自動蓋章,其中工作頻率和行程可調,能準確定位,自動計數,自動加印泥等。具有智能化,自動化,印痕清晰。均勻、穩定可靠、易于拆裝和維修的特點,大大提高了自動化辦公水平,有著非常重要的應用和推廣價值。該裝置現在已經向國家專利局申請專利保護(申請號:201220202833.2)。 第一章首先介紹了本設計的選題目的及意義,闡述了自動蓋章機的發展狀況。然后根據手工蓋章的過程,分析了可行的工作原理,并根據相關的工作原理設計出框架結構。 第二章對系統功能進行描述,對功能進行分解,自動蓋章機系統模塊分解,最終求解得出系統設計方案并作出總布局圖。 第三章是本設計的主體部分。根據社會實踐調查確定合理可行的設計要求參數,根據設計參數要求對每一個模塊進行詳細的設計。包括PLC自動控制系統設計,彈簧的設計,原動機的選擇設計、聯軸器的設計、軸的設計 、凸輪機構的選型與計算。 第四章對本次設計進行總結,簡要說明本設計的優點和不足,并提出進一步研究的設想。 關鍵詞:自動蓋章機;系統設計;自動化辦公;工作效率
