摘要:在頂驅工作過程中，液壓系統起著十分重要的作用，如平衡頂驅主體重量、在上、卸扣時夾緊鉆桿以及用于主電機輔助剎車等等。DQ450DBZ直驅頂驅液壓系統完全安裝于頂驅本體上，無需地面裝置。本體上集成了液壓站、控制閥組、壓力開關及蓄能器等。

　　　從液壓系統的控制方式來看，DQ450DBZ頂驅液壓系統為一開環控制系統，根據該系統在頂驅上實現的功能不同可將其分為八個部分，分別為液壓站、平衡系統、剎車系統、防噴器、背鉗、鎖銷、旋轉動力頭和吊環傾斜系統。

　　　傾斜油缸是頂驅液壓系統的一部分，它的主要有兩方面的用途：一是可伸向小鼠洞抓取單根，方便、快捷地實現接單根；二是在接立根時不需要二層臺上的井架工將大鉤拉靠到二層臺上，通過前傾可實現抓取立根操作。
