      摘要:液壓厚度控制系統(tǒng)(AGC)主要是針對(duì)鋼板軋機(jī)軋輥的位置偏差進(jìn)行糾正。通過(guò)液壓厚度控制系統(tǒng),可以精確控制液壓軋機(jī)軋制鋼板的厚度。其性能好壞或工作是否正常是決定鋼帶質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量的關(guān)鍵。所以系統(tǒng)的改造和完善,使其精度達(dá)到要求,以此來(lái)滿足鋼板軋制過(guò)程中要求的不斷提高的需求。

         本文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,從軋機(jī)HAGC原理和模型出發(fā),主要針對(duì)薄板軋機(jī)的軋輥的位置偏差進(jìn)行反饋糾正控制。本文設(shè)計(jì)中首先進(jìn)行了參數(shù)的計(jì)算,再根據(jù)液壓輥縫控制系統(tǒng)的要求進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)方案的確定,以及相關(guān)液壓元件的選擇。然后,使用MATLAB軟件對(duì)伺服系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真,最后,根據(jù)伺服控制仿真結(jié)果,我們可以判斷系統(tǒng)的控制精度是多少,系統(tǒng)是否穩(wěn)定,是否合乎控制的工作要求,以及提供理論設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。通過(guò)結(jié)果可以對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行完善和改造,使其達(dá)到精度要求,以滿足鋼板軋制過(guò)程中不斷提高的要求。

      ABSTRACT:The AGC design system for cold rolling mill hydraulic servo system, mainly for the plate mill roll position deviations feedback and correct, including the design of servo system, the design of the servo cylinder and system simulation, etc. Through the servo control system, can be precisely controlled hydraulic mill rolling steel plate thickness, by according to the simulation results, we can judge the system control accuracy, to see if it satisfy the requirement of the control work, and to provide theoretical design of experimental basis. Through result can constantly of system reform and perfect, make its precision meet the requirements, in order to meet the requirement in the process of rolling steel plate rising demand.

         Based on generalizing the domestic and foreign a large of references, this dissertation systematically analyzes the principle and model of the strip mill hydraulic AGC the position deviation that aim at the roller of the steel plate rolling mill machine proceeds the feedback rectifies, among them the design that include the servomotor, pump the assemble that stands to imitate true etc. Firstly, the design, dollar a design for of choice, pumping standing of the calculation, system of the design inside parameter, gather whole piece .What’s more, we could imitate with the system function true by MATLAB . With the system, pass this set of servocontrols system result, we can judge how much accuracy is that system requests and provide the experiment that theories design according to ,pass result can proceed to the system perfect with reform, made its stain the accuracy request, then satisfy in the steel plate roll system process continuously increase of request.
