摘要:擠壓機廣泛應用于硬質合金、制藥、食品工業和機械加工等諸多領域。我們可以利用硬質合金擠壓成型技術，來生產截面積較小且長度較長的產品。由于采用擠壓技術可以獲得長度方向上密度均勻的產品，并且生產效率高。因此在硬質合金機械加工中擠壓技術得到普遍應用。

　　　食品擠壓機類型有很多，目前，用于食品工業中的擠壓機是螺桿擠壓機，它主要由套筒以及在其上旋轉的帶螺旋的螺桿和濾網組成。而濾網孔的大小決定了所生產出的產品的種類。

　　　擠壓系統是擠出成型設備設計的一項關鍵環節，而螺桿的結構設計和它的幾何參數設計合理與否就是直接影響擠壓系統的擠壓過程，所以，螺桿是這個擠壓系統的關鍵。

　　　本系統的設計包括螺桿的設計，控制系統的設計，PLC編程方面的技術問題，采用螺桿機筒的組合方式，通過兩者對物料的摩擦來輸送物料，并形成一定的壓力來實現對粉末狀原料的擠壓加工，一般情況下，原料與機筒之間的摩擦系數大于原料與螺桿之間的摩擦系數，否者的話，物料包裹在螺桿上，和螺桿一起轉動而起不到向前推進的作用。

ABSTRACT:Extrusion machine is widely used in the cemented carbide, pharmaceutical, food industry and machinery processing etc.. We can use the extrusion molding technology of hard alloy, to produce a smaller cross-sectional area and the length of long products. Due to the adoption of extrusion technology can obtain the length direction of homogeneous products, and high production efficiency. Therefore in the machining of hard alloy extrusion technology has been widely applied.

　　　There are many types of food extrusion, machine at present, extruder for the food industry is a screw extrusion machine, which is mainly composed of the sleeve and the rotating screw screw and. Sort and filter mesh size is determined by the production of the product.

　　　Extrusion system is a key link in the design of extrusion molding equipment, extrusion process, and the structure design of the screw and its geometric parameter design is reasonable or not is directly influence of extrusion system so, screw is the key of the extrusion system.

　　　The system design includes the design of screw, the design of the control system, the technical problems of PLC programming, using the combination method of screw and barrel, through both the friction of the material to transport materials, and formed a certain pressure to the extrusion processing of powder raw materials, under normal circumstances, the coefficient of friction between the material and the machine cylinder is larger than the friction coefficient between raw material and a screw, or words, material wrapped in the screw, and the screw to rotate together and not to the forward role.
