摘要:隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和日趨激烈的商業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，企業(yè)已不再滿足于獨(dú)立、零散的辦公自動(dòng)化應(yīng)用，企業(yè)需要的是協(xié)同工作、綜合、集成化的解決方案。而網(wǎng)絡(luò)是解決由于物理距離造成的信息交流不暢、協(xié)商溝通不便的辦公瓶頸問(wèn)題的最佳方式。企業(yè)網(wǎng)上辦公自動(dòng)化通過(guò)對(duì)各辦公自動(dòng)化要素的整合，實(shí)現(xiàn)了工作流、信息流、知識(shí)流和辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的整合管理，提供了一個(gè)科學(xué)、開(kāi)放、先進(jìn)的信息化辦公平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)辦公自動(dòng)化，并進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程辦公或在家辦公。本辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)是采用Visual C#開(kāi)發(fā)，結(jié)合web技術(shù)和B/S結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā)，ASP.net+Microsoft.NET Framework 加上IIS的支持，解決了C/S的局限性，如數(shù)據(jù)更新問(wèn)題。客戶端采用瀏覽器模式使信息管理系統(tǒng)的易用性更強(qiáng)。系統(tǒng)采用ASP+SQL Server2000來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)前臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)和后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。

Abstract:Along with the information technology rapid development and the intense commercial competition, the enterprise no longer satisfies independently, the scattered office automation application, the enterprise needs is day by day the joint operation, the synthesis, the integrated solution.But the network is the solution because the physical distance creates communication impeded, consultative communication inconvenient work bottleneck question best way.On the enterprise network the office automation through to various office automation essential factor closed loop conformity, realized the work class, the information flow, the knowledge has flowed with the office automation system conformity management, has provided a science, the opening, the advanced informationization work platform, the realization office automation, and carried on the long-distance work or in the home work.This office automation system is uses Visual the C# development, unifies the web technology and the B/S structure development, ASP.net+Microsoft.NET Framework adds on IIS the support, has solved the C/S limitation, like data updating question. The client side uses the browser pattern to cause information management system's usability to be stronger. The system uses ASP+SQL Server2000 to realize the onstage data and the backstage database.
