摘要:近年來(lái),用光子晶體實(shí)現(xiàn)光波導(dǎo),具有良好的波導(dǎo)性質(zhì),已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了廣泛的應(yīng)用。隨著光子晶體的高速發(fā)展,人們提出了一種新的結(jié)構(gòu)的光波導(dǎo)—耦合腔波導(dǎo)。本文用時(shí)域有限差分法研究了光子晶體耦合腔波導(dǎo),通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)耦合腔波導(dǎo)的結(jié)構(gòu),改變其微腔中心圓柱的半徑,發(fā)現(xiàn)它是對(duì)波導(dǎo)模產(chǎn)生影響的重要參數(shù)。我們首先計(jì)算完整光子晶體的透過(guò)率。光子晶體由空氣中周期排列的Si(11.56)柱組成,晶格常數(shù)a為494nm。本文中計(jì)算了選取的兩種光子晶體耦合腔波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)下的幾組計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù),從中,通過(guò)比較發(fā)現(xiàn)波導(dǎo)模隨著隨著圓柱半徑而變化,得到與波導(dǎo)模的關(guān)系。接著比較兩種結(jié)構(gòu)間在同樣圓柱半徑的情況下波導(dǎo)的模寬度的比較。這些研究結(jié)果對(duì)耦合腔波導(dǎo)的設(shè)計(jì)與加工有著重要的指導(dǎo)意義。 關(guān)鍵詞:光子晶體;耦合腔波導(dǎo);時(shí)域有限差分法
Abstract: In recent years, the use of photonic crystal to realize optical waveguide could achieve excellent performance and has been used extensively in many areas. With the high speed development of photonic crystals, people proposed a new structure of optical waveguide-coupled cavity waveguide. In this paper we study the photonic crystal coupled cavity waveguide. By changing the radius of the cylinder in the cavity center and study the transmission of the waveguide, we find that this radius is a critical parameter. We first calculate the transmission of complete photonic crystals. Photonic crystals are composed of periodic Si (11.56) cylinders in the air, and the lattice constant a is 494 nm. This paper study two kinds of photonic crystal coupling cavity waveguide, from which, we find the relations between the waveguide mode and the radius of the central cylinder of the cavities. We also compare the width of the two kinds of waveguide modes. These results have important applications in design and fabrication coupled cavity photonic crystal waveguides.
