摘要：由于美國次貸危機引發(fā)出的全球金融危機，演變成為了世界經(jīng)濟危機，作為已經(jīng)融入世界經(jīng)濟一體化的我國也是深受其害，其中中小企業(yè)受到的影響甚為嚴(yán)重。許多企業(yè)是步履艱難，困難重重。產(chǎn)品售價持續(xù)走低，費用成本不斷攀上升，使許多中小企業(yè)出現(xiàn)資金鏈條斷裂、盈利能力喪失、效益下降，有的甚至資不抵債，財務(wù)風(fēng)險問題突出，引發(fā)財務(wù)危機進而破產(chǎn)倒閉。近年來，中小企業(yè)的數(shù)量呈現(xiàn)著不斷銳減的趨勢。這充分說明了我國中小企業(yè)應(yīng)變能力較差，迫切地需要構(gòu)建風(fēng)險預(yù)警控制機制、加強財務(wù)管理，不斷地提升企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力，提升抗風(fēng)險能力，最大限度地降低財務(wù)風(fēng)險所造成的一些損失。   

　　本篇論文擬在此方面進行一些有益的探索，希望對提高南京華照建筑工程有限公司公司的財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理水平，促進其健康、快速發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極的作用。通過對本文的研究，可以為南京華照建筑工程有限公司公司提供有關(guān)財務(wù)風(fēng)險方面的建議。提出合理的風(fēng)險規(guī)避策略，提高財務(wù)管理的水平，防范投資風(fēng)險。

Many companies are struggling, prices continued to decline, the cost rise constantly climbing. Many small and medium-sized enterprises funds chain broken, profitability, efficiency loss decreased, and some are even more liabilities than assets, the financial risk problem, cause financial crisis and bankruptcy. By the end of 2008, the small and medium-sized enterprise already by 3453 reduced to 3400. This fully demonstrates the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is very poor, the urgent need to construct the mechanism of risk control, strengthen financial management, continue to enhance capacity for sustainable development of enterprises, to minimize the losses caused by the financial risk.
