摘要:資本運作是指企業按照市場法則，通過資本本身的技巧性運作或者資本的科學運動來實現其價值的提升、效益的增高的一種經營方式。資本運作是企業實現高速發展的必經之路，伴隨著全球經濟進程的步伐，資本運作在企業的成長與發展中發揮著舉足輕重的作用，如何更好地完善資本運作，實現資源優化配置，提高企業在行業中的競爭力，已成為目前各大企業面臨的首要問題。

　　　作為我國經濟發展的支柱性產業之一的房地產行業，曾經也一度帶領了我國經濟從世界性的金融危機中快速回升。同時，在過去相當長的一段時期內拉動著我國的經濟飛速地發展。隨著我國經濟體制不斷深入地改革，房地產行業的競爭也在不斷地加劇。作為一家上市公司，依托其現有的資本運作平臺，高科股份有限公司正在不斷地探索出一條真正屬于自己的資本運作之路。
