摘要:在當今日益激烈的市場競爭下，科技型中小企業的發展飛速，推動著我國傳統產業的升級和改造，促進我國高新技術產業的形成和發展，對于增強我國企業國際競爭力等方面的內容發揮了顯著的作用，為我國的經濟發展奠定了重要基礎。然而，我國科技型中小企業在發展過程中卻面臨著許多的困難，其中融資難是普遍存在的突出問題。

　　　本文將科技型中小企業的融資問題作為研究的對象和目標，通過深入調研和大量閱讀文獻的基礎上，對我國的科技型中小企業進行界定，提出我國科技型中小企業的現狀及融資方面存在的問題。本文以海安萬眾粉末冶金有限公司為例，分析企業融資問題現狀和企業發展過程中融資存在的問題和一系列的解決辦法，了解科技型中小企業在融資問題上的常見困難和解決辦法。
