摘要:20世紀90年代以來，一大批中小型企業迅速形成和發展，成為推動經濟發展的主導力量。中小企業提供了社會上大多數的就業崗位,容納了大部分社會勞動力就業，在促進社會經濟增長以及解決就業和再就業問題,發揮著非常重要的作用。中小企業具有不可替代的特殊的戰略地位。但是，不少中小企業因為缺乏運營資金，企業生存面臨重大威脅。融資渠道單一，融資成本較高等融資方面的問題已經嚴重影響并且減慢了中小企業的發展速度，成為影響和阻礙中小企業發展的主要因素。中小企業想要持久穩定的發展，必須想辦法解決這個難題。而要想解決中小企業融資難的問題，首先需要找出企業融資具體存在哪些問題，再從多方面分析造成企業融資難問題的各方面原因，最后有針對性的提出解決方案。在當前社會的經濟發展情況下，針對某一典型的具有代表性的企業來分析其融資狀況，幫助它分析緩解融資困境是值得研究和探討的，這對采取什么樣的辦法解決普遍中小企業的融資難問題具有很大的參考價值。

    所以本文是基于對中小企業融資難的問題，從微觀角度有針對性的對連云港盛泰貿易有限公司融資難問題進行研究，分析公司的資金需求以及融資過程中出現的問題，找出造成其融資困難的影響因素，并就盛泰公司融資現狀、拓寬其融資渠道提出有效的建議與解決對策，以緩解盛泰貿易有限公司融資難困境。

Abstract:Since 1990s, A large number of small and medium-sized enterprises have being formed and developed. SMEs have become the leading force in promoting economic development,which can not be replaced by the large enterprises and it has the special strategic position in economic and social development. SMEs accommodate the majority workers, Plays an important role in the process of promoting economic growth and reemployment. Financing difficulties caused by the mode of financing of SMEs single, narrow channels of financing, financing structure, there are many defects ubiquitous the financing channels for narrow-minded, There are many deficiencies in the financing structure. Financing small and medium enterprises has seriously hampered the pace of development in China. SMEs have had a great impact because of the lack of funding, many SMEs are faced with the plight of imminent collapse, but from a long-term perspective, the issue of financing has become an obstacle to small and medium-sized the main reasons for enterprise development. Want to solve the survival and development of small and medium-sized obstacles, to try to solve the financing problem of is an effective way.
