摘要：我國創業板上市公司普遍存在“一股獨大”問題，現在已經得到了社會各界的廣泛關注。“一股獨大”在我國創業板上市公司的發展過程中非常普遍，這一問題對企業自身、中小投資者、資本市場而言都是嚴重的風險，對企業進一步發展壯大也構成了極大的威脅。我國創業板上市公司“一股獨大”要得到解決，可以采取的措施包括進一步完善上市公司的股權結構，進一步規范創業板上市公司的治理模式，以及從制度上保護普通投資者的利益等。

　　　本文將以多家典型的創業板上市公司為例，通過分析創業板上市公司“一股獨大”問題的成因，明晰“一股獨大”所導致的風險，進而探討我國創業板上市公司“一股獨大”的解決策略。
