摘  要:隨著全球經濟發展加快，高新技術企業帶動經濟持續快速增長已成為全球經濟發展的大趨勢，各國更加意識到高新技術對保持國民經濟持續增長的重要性。改革開放以來，中國通過大力發展以信息技術、生物制藥、精密儀器設備制造等為代表的高新技術產業，通過高新技術產業的培育來提高中國創新能力和綜合實力。由于高新技術企業的創新能力和高額收益，使得大量的風險資本投入到高新技術企業。由于風險投資的推動作用，使高新技術企業在量與質兩方面快速的增長，并且形成了從弱到強的發展軌跡，進而帶動了整個產業經濟的繁榮與興旺。

　　　本文通過研究國內外高新技術企業風險投資的發展狀況，進行了相應的比較分析，借鑒國外成功的經驗，探討出我國高新技術企業風險投資存在的問題，并提出了相應的解決方法。

ABSTRACT:With the global economic development, high-tech enterprises to promote sustained and rapid economic growth has become a trend of global economic development, countries are more aware of the crucial importance of high and new technology to maintain the sustained growth of the national economy. Since the reform and opening up, China by developing high technology industry based on information technology, biological pharmaceuticals, precision instruments and equipment manufacturing as the representatives of China, to improve the innovation ability and comprehensive strength through the cultivation of high-tech industry. But through the domestic and foreign experience, as the high-tech industry innovation ability and higher yield，the development of high-tech industry eventually cannot do without the risk of capital investment. The risk investment to promote the number of high-tech enterprises growth, strength varied from small to large, from weak to strong development path, and thus promote the prosperity of the whole industry economy.

　　　In this paper, through the research status of risk investment of domestic and foreign high-tech enterprises, makes some comparisons. Discussion of venture capital in China's high-tech enterprises, and put forward the corresponding solution.
