摘要:隨著經濟發展和市場結構的不斷的完善，競爭也變得越發的激烈，市場的不確定性也變得越發的明顯，在這樣的現實背景下，在企業各生命周期中評估企業成長中的風險，以提高企業發展的安全系數，對企業來說具有重要的意義。本文試圖綜合杠桿理論、企業生命周期理論與財務決策理論，對如何合理運用杠桿原理管理企業各生命周期的風險進行研究，從而使企業經營者進一步了解杠桿原理、企業不同生命周期的風險特征以及該如何使用杠桿原理規避風險，掌握杠桿、企業生命周期、風險之間的關系。本文的研究簡單明了，指導了企業在面對不同階段下的復雜的經營和風險環境下，合理運用杠桿獲取收益和控制風險，從而提高企業成長環境中的安全系數。
