摘要：在我國政府實施“走出去”戰略的影響下，跨國并購在我國發生的頻率也在日益增加，而跨國并購也受到了各方面的關注，要在跨國并購中取得成功就必須要對并購中財務風險進行分析與研究。目前跨國并購在我國發生也比較頻繁，并購財務風險產生的主要原因是信息的不對稱和一些因素的不確定，跨國并購財務風險的主要分類有由于目標不明確和企業過分自大引起的決策風險，有由于雙方信息偏差和評估方法、體系不完善引起的定價風險，融資決策和結構的失誤都會給企業帶來融資風險，而現金、股票和杠桿等支付手段會給企業帶來支付風險，匯率和利率風險是特定于跨國并購存在的，本文也分別從不同的風險簡單的介紹了幾個案例。跨國并購的財務風險雖是種類繁多，但是我們可以通過制定正確的并購決策，拓寬信息的來源渠道，正確使用評估方法，積極拓寬融資渠道，利用混合支付，有效利用金融工具規避利率和匯率風險等手段來防范跨國并購的財務風險。雖然有這些方法的幫助，我們也必須從眾多的并購案例中汲取經驗和教訓，不斷創新和改進，增大跨國并購的成功率。
