摘要：近年來，隨著我國社會主義市場經濟改革的不斷深入，上市公司社會責任信息披露問題受到社會各界越來越多的關注，成為當下經濟社會的一個研究熱點。公眾希望企業履行社會責任，并將其經營行為和相應的社會影響信息充分披露。上市公司作為公眾公司，有更多的義務向社會公眾公開披露公司的各種重要信息。在國外，這一領域已經開展了多年的研究，并進入成熟階段，而我國在這方面的研究相對薄弱。因此，研究上市公司社會責任信息披露是十分有必要的。本文研究上市公司社會責任信息披露的現狀，并結合萬科集團為例，分析社會責任信息披露的問題和對策。

Abstract：In recent years, as China's socialist market economy, the deepening of reform, social responsibility information disclosure of listed companies to issue by the community more and more attention as a study of current economic and social hot spot. The public want corporate social responsibility, and its business practices and the social impact of information corresponding full disclosure. Listed company as a public company, with more public disclosure obligations of public companies to a variety of important information. In other countries, this area of research has been conducted for many years, and reached a mature stage, and our research in this area is relatively weak. Therefore, the study of social responsibility information disclosure of listed companies is very necessary. In this paper, listing the status of corporate social responsibility information disclosure, combined with the Vanke Group, for example, analysis of social responsibility information disclosure issues and countermeasures.

　　　今后的研究方向：首先，本文僅對我國上市公司社會責任信息披露的現狀進行了分析，提出了存在的問題和對策，但對社會責任信息披露的影響因素及社會責任信息的價值相關性等問題沒有進行深入探討，這也將是我們未來努力和研究的方向。其次，本文只是針對性地對一個案例進行深入研究，今后可以將樣本范圍進行擴充，進行不同行業的對比比較，從而從不同角度去分析問題。
