摘要:該設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)以STC89C54單片機(jī)為控制器,控制自動(dòng)分流比例和過(guò)流保護(hù),并通過(guò)液晶屏幕顯示出電流的分流比例和分流數(shù)值。該系統(tǒng)采用開(kāi)關(guān)電源芯片LM2576為電源芯片,以LM317為輔助電源芯片,以AD620為電流采樣芯片,電流采樣輸出送人AD轉(zhuǎn)換模塊,AD轉(zhuǎn)換模塊采用TLC594芯片,在通過(guò)單片機(jī)控制來(lái)達(dá)到自動(dòng)分流比例﹑均流和顯示的要求,單片機(jī)控制LM2576的ON/OFF端的開(kāi)斷,從而控制DC-DC開(kāi)關(guān)電源電壓的輸出。操作方便簡(jiǎn)單。兩路電源能夠在外接負(fù)載變化的情況下自動(dòng)均流,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)具有電路簡(jiǎn)單,輸出電流范圍廣,精度高,穩(wěn)定可靠的特點(diǎn),并具有過(guò)流﹑短路保護(hù)及自動(dòng)恢復(fù)功能,很好的達(dá)到了題目的各項(xiàng)要求。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了兩個(gè)額定輸出功率均為16W 的8V DC-DC 模塊構(gòu)成的并聯(lián)供電系統(tǒng),供電系統(tǒng)的效率超過(guò)60% ,完全滿足題目基本和發(fā)揮部分的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞:開(kāi)關(guān)電源;自動(dòng)分流比例;自動(dòng)恢復(fù)能力;電流采樣;并聯(lián)供電系統(tǒng)
Abstract:The design system based on STC89C54single-chip microcomputer as the controller, control automatic shunt ratio and overcurrent protection, and through the LCD screen, showing the shunt current shunt ratio and numerical. The system adopts the switch power supply chip LM2576power chip, LM317chip AD620 as auxiliary power, current sampling chip, the current sampling output for AD conversion module, the AD conversion module uses the TLC594 chip, through the single-chip control to achieve the automatic shunt ratio, flow and display requirements, SCM control LM2576ON/OFF end open, thereby controlling the DC-DC switching power supply output voltage. Easy to operate. Two power to external load changes in the case of automatic current sharing, the whole system has the advantages of simple circuit, the output current range, high precision, stable and reliable characteristics, and has over-current, short circuit protection and automatic restoration of function, very good to achieve the requirements. This system realized the two rated output power is 16W8V DC-DC module consisting of parallel power supply system, power supply system efficiency over 60%, fully meet the subject of basic and the requirements to play a part.
