摘要:隨著全球經濟一體化進程不斷加快,企業已經意識到人力資本的重要性。在競爭日趨激勵的環境下,人才流失率高的問題越來越嚴重,其主要因素是薪酬,員工薪酬滿意度的高低直接影響工作效率,進而影響企業的發展。在薪酬成本一定的條件下,薪酬溝通成了提高薪酬滿意度最有效的激勵手段之一。本文首先講述了論文研究的背景和意義,并對薪酬溝通與薪酬滿意度的概念進行了界定,而且分析了國內外的研究現狀;其次提出了提高薪酬滿意度的意義;再次深度分析了薪酬溝通與員工薪酬滿意度的現狀、問題及原因;然后從薪酬溝通的角度提出提高薪酬滿意度的對策;最后進行總結。 關鍵詞:薪酬溝通;薪酬滿意度;薪酬溝通策略
Abstract:With the accelerating process of global economic integration ,enterprises have realized the importance of human capital .Under the environment of increasingly stimulating competition ,high rate of brain drain problem is getting worse ,the main factors is the salary .The level of employees pay satisfaction will directly affect the work efficiency ,thereby affecting the development of enterprises .Under certain conditions of the salary costs ,the remuneration communication became improve one of the pay satisfaction of the most effective incentives .This article starts by describing the background and significance of the thesis ,and define the concept of pay satisfaction and pay communication ,research at home and abroad ;then put forward the significance of the increase in pay satisfaction ;at the same time analysis deeply the status and problems of the pay communication and employee pay satisfaction ,concluded the reasons ;and the propose measures to increase the pay satisfaction from communication points ;at last summarize the whole paper.
