摘要

中國是世界最大紡織品生產(chǎn)國，也是世界紡織品第一出口大國，而廣東省在國內(nèi)紡織服裝業(yè)的處于領(lǐng)先地位。憑借優(yōu)越的地理優(yōu)勢(shì)，低廉的勞動(dòng)力成本，專業(yè)化的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，科學(xué)的管理制度和敏銳的市場(chǎng)觸覺，廣東省紡織品服裝業(yè)的出口量一直在國內(nèi)排名第一。

廣東紡織服裝業(yè)是廣東省傳統(tǒng)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，具有良好的優(yōu)勢(shì)。它只要能改善自身的不足，提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率，調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，提高產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)含量，注重人才的培養(yǎng),積極應(yīng)對(duì)貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義。相信廣東省一定能恢復(fù)在國際紡織服裝業(yè)中的領(lǐng)先地位。

本文首先介紹廣東省紡織業(yè)出口的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)，并強(qiáng)調(diào)紡織業(yè)在廣東省出口貿(mào)易中的重要地位。然后分析它所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)，之后進(jìn)一步從勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)含量、技術(shù)人才、反傾銷、“特保”和綠色貿(mào)易壁壘等方面的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題分析了廣東省紡織業(yè)服裝業(yè)出口存在的問題及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。最后在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出穩(wěn)定廣東省紡織品服裝業(yè)的策略，從而促進(jìn)廣東省紡織品服裝業(yè)出口貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。

Abstract

China is not only the biggest textile manufactured country, but also the biggest textile export country in the world. Canton is the top of Chinese textile industry. Locating in the advantageous area, having the professional industrial convergence, scientific management regulations and a good sense of marketing, Canton is famous for its huge export quantity.

This essay will introduce the current situation of Cantonese textile industry first. And then point out the advantages of it and stress that textile industry plays an important role in Cantonese export. After that, this essay analyze the problems and challenges that Cantonese textile are facing with from labor productivity, product structure, the technical content of products, human resource, Anti-dumping, special safeguard measure and green barrier aspects. Finally, the essay figured out some solutions based on the analysis so that the Cantonese textile industry can not only come over the difficulties but also gain its international competitiveness and make great performance in the clothing export.
