摘要:供應鏈管理中，必須有一套系統的管理來整合供應鏈上、下游，提高競爭力，應對當今激烈競爭的市場經濟要求。為了使企業存活下來。要實行有效的供應商管理最為困難的事情是構筑供應鏈中組織間的協作關系,這意味著組織內部和組織間業務流程的整合,亦即通過信息系統以聯盟和迅速市場的應對能力為基礎,達成供應鏈組織間緊密的協作關系。

對于XX陶瓷的供應鏈研究基于其戰略聯盟之間的關系，SWOT分析和實例分析方法，運用文獻研究法歸納出戰略聯盟的優缺點，再在前人研究的基上分析如何揚長避短。本文首先從XX陶瓷的概況，對其進行SWOT分析，通過SWOT分析，即優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅等各種情況，找出各種問題原因所在，再用供應鏈理論體系解決各種問題。并把供應商管理各要素匯入到供應鏈各環中，使物流，信息流，資金流得到快速運行。
